- Explanatory or time-lapse videos, in which the artist details objectives, challenges, solutions, and key achievements during the creation of the artwork.

Gallery and Exhibition Deposit Sheet
A deposit sheet (download document)
can be attached, containing information about exhibitions, art fairs, museums, or galleries where the artwork has been displayed. This adds historical and market value to the piece.

Notice in Case of Theft, Loss, or Illegal Retention
In the event of theft, loss, misplacement, or illegal retention of an artwork, you can notify us so that the incident is recorded on the public listing. This helps inform potential buyers and reinforces the traceability of the piece.

chip URL (tag), artwork title, artistic name, a photograph, date and country, and, if available, the police report number or reference. We will create a visible alert associated with the artwork.
Authentication via NFC chip acts as a barrier against counterfeiting: copying the link does not replicate the physical artwork or its history, and any attempt at impersonation is exposed.

Protection and Management of Copyright
The NFC chip links your artwork to a public record containing authorship, date, and technical details. This establishes proof of the artwork’s existence, who created it, and its history, helping to prevent misuse and to defend your authorship before third parties.
In addition, this system is Web3-ready: if you wish, you can link the artwork to an NFT or a blockchain record as an additional “digital fingerprint.” This does not replace your rights, but strengthens traceability and proof of provenance.
