4. Terms of use and rules of conduct

The User undertakes to:

  • Use the Site in accordance with the law, good faith, morality and public order.

  • Not engage in unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or privacy-invasive uses, nor any that infringe third-party rights.

  • Not attempt to access restricted areas, compromise security measures, introduce malware, carry out mass/automated scraping, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the Site.

Orders are placed through the Site’s checkout process. Product availability may vary.

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. Shipping costs (where applicable) are shown before you complete your order.

  • The User understands and accepts these limitations inherent in any technological solution.

9. Liability

The owner shall not be liable for damage arising from improper use of the Site or the Products, nor for external third-party links that may appear on the Site.
Likewise, the owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site and may temporarily suspend access for technical, security or maintenance reasons.

All of the above shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, particularly in consumer matters where relevant.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between the User and the owner shall be governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, both parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Murcia (Spain), unless mandatory consumer rules provide for a different jurisdiction.
